Welcome to our website about the future of Marco Polo House, 346 Queenstown Road, Battersea. This website has been set up by Marcus Cooper Group who submitted a planning application for the regeneration of this site on the 9th May 2011.

We want to replace the existing building with a high quality new residential-led scheme that will transform the site and link into the agreed masterplan for the wider area.
